Beschreibung

• Leads a team of business analysts with duties that include business process analysis and optimization • Mapping of software application functionality to business processes • Report development to maximize employee productivity and improve decision making • Provides data and assists in the analysis of data from various applications • Manages application helpdesk efforts to respond to requests for functional and technical assistance • Establishes and maintains relationships with service providers • Continually optimizes the application environment to meet changing needs • Facilitates decisions to prioritize application improvements and other assistance requests • Manages the licensing of ERP and corporate applications • Ensures cross training of the applications team • Provides Project Management and functional assistance for ERP implementations

🎯 Anforderungen

• Bachelor’s degree in computer science or business disciplines • 7 to 12 years’ experience preferred but equivalent experience considered • Specialized training or demonstrated knowledge of ERP functionality • Five or more years of supervisory or managerial experience • Experience with managing and negotiating software license fees and maintenance • Project Management certification desired • Proven project management skills required • Previous ERP implementation and upgrade experience • Knowledge of data conversions and data consolidation concepts for migrations and consolidated reporting • Willingness to travel (up to 25% travel on average)
