Beschreibung

• Drive a strategic initiative focused on automating renewables substation and battery energy storage systems design work • Define and implement agile automation solutions to improve efficiency and productivity • Collaborate with internal business experts, operations, outside consultants, and technology partners • Develop a roadmap and execute modular automation projects using web applications, design authoring software, and supporting tools • Translate business needs and customer insights into actionable products and clear product requirements • Own the product lifecycle and define the strategic product vision and roadmap • Identify and frame technical challenges and opportunities through research, data analysis, and stakeholder feedback • Own the 6-to-12-month product roadmap • Convert product strategy into requirements and actionable plans • Build business cases linked to measurable goals • Define and validate MVPs, prototypes, and pilot solutions • Create, maintain, and prioritize the product backlog, features, requirements, and acceptance criteria • Support delivery teams by clarifying requirements and making prioritization decisions • Review and accept completed user stories • Coordinate and communicate product releases • Maintain product requirement documents, customer journey maps, voice-of-customer analysis, product analytics, and business impact dashboards • Align cross-functional teams behind the product vision • Manage stakeholder relationships and expectations • Support team morale and focus through changing priorities • Champion technology adoption and process improvements • Drive product adoption through change planning, communication, and enablement • Monitor ROI, adoption, business impact, KPIs, and product performance • Incorporate market, competitive, and industry insights into product strategy • Conduct user and stakeholder research • Collaborate with business services teams and cross-functional partners • Support product demos, presentations, messaging, and client engagement • Communicate product value propositions clearly • Foster innovation, collaboration, accountability, and continuous learning within the product team

🎯 Anforderungen

• Degree in Engineering, Design, Business Management, or another related field; relevant experience may be considered • 5+ years of experience in design-related fields • Hands-on automation, digital design, or BIM experience preferred • Ability to manage and prioritize multiple concurrent projects and workstreams while meeting aggressive deadlines • Extensive project planning and execution skills • Strong problem-solving and relationship-building skills • Strong written, verbal, and interpersonal communication skills • Knowledge and proficiency in primary design authoring and supporting software platforms • Knowledge of web applications preferred • Knowledge of data structures, including AI architecture, SQL, APIs, and data pipelines preferred • Openness to innovation and ability to apply evolving technology and AI tools • Must have authorization to work permanently in the U.S.
