Beschreibung

• Drive sustainable business growth through independent operators, local chain accounts, distributors, and trade partners • Deliver territory business targets including turnover, sales growth, reach, penetration, digital engagement, demos, sampling, and fully profiled operators • Execute customer business plans, win-and-retain funnels, contact matrices, and multi-touchpoint online and face-to-face contact strategies • Convert business insights and market trends into activation and solution selling • Prepare customer-specific recommendations based on menus, kitchen operations, consumers, and food trends • Network with customer stakeholders and engage decision makers • Use Salesforce CRM to prepare visits, manage workflow, and manage the market funnel • Conduct face-to-face and virtual sampling, ideation, and cooking demonstrations • Follow up on calls to progress opportunities to close • Secure and coordinate monthly customer orders • Develop joint business plans with trade partners and implement promotions • Engage trade customers regarding secondary sales data partnerships • Coordinate with Food Solutions Trade and eCommerce teams to ensure stock availability and sell-out activity • Submit and settle distributor trade claims on time • Drive automated and targeted lead engagement, lead conversion, account prioritization, and digital buying behavior • Enrich operator data and implement omnichannel contact strategies • Provide virtual culinary consultation to targeted operators

🎯 Anforderungen

• 2 to [years implied but not specified] CPG foodservice sales experience (B2B sales) • Bachelor’s, Associate’s degree or related • Culinary/Chef Selling Experiences • Network of Existing Foodservice Operator Partners • Distributor Sales or Ingredient Sales or Broker Sales • Experience with CRM (Salesforce) • Operator Experience • Market/Geographical knowledge • Food University Background (CIA, Food & Hospitality) • Multi-National Corporate Company Experience • Highly proficient in MS Office, including Power BI and Excel • Contemporary technology adoption and day-to-day AI usage • Bilingual Spanish, Mandarin, or Italian is a plus • Subject to pre-screening tests, which may include drug screening, background check, credit check, and DMV check
