Beschreibung

• Lead the design, planning, and implementation of technology solutions for new and existing Burlington stores • Partner with field leaders, corporate teams, internal stakeholders, and external vendors to define requirements and uphold performance standards • Lead and validate standards for Asset Protection equipment and technology, including CCTV, alarms, EAS, and physical security projects • Ensure project scope, expectations, schedules, budgets, and deliverables align with the Asset Protection Equipment strategy • Host project kick-off calls and post-project recap sessions • Establish feedback loops for process improvement • Communicate project expectations, timelines, deliverables, and professionalism to vendors and contractors • Review work product through photo validation, virtual tours, and similar mechanisms • Own and steward project budgets, including the bid process, CERs, and purchase order agreements • Oversee the Asset Protection Department installation and upgrade schedule • Prioritize and lead special projects involving equipment maintenance, repairs, and new installations • Travel to sites and projects to review scopes, completed work, and future enhancements • Contribute to the Asset Protection Equipment and Technology strategic roadmap

🎯 Anforderungen

• Minimum 4–6 years of experience working in a technology or equipment-related function/industry • Familiarity with retail environments is a plus • Bachelor's degree preferred • Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail • Demonstrated ability to anticipate and react • Excellent written and verbal communication skills • Proven track record of influencing cross-functional business partners • Excellent analytical skills and conceptual ability to recognize opportunities • Ability to handle multiple projects simultaneously • Comfortable working with tight deadlines or ambiguous scenarios • Bias for action and ability to hold others accountable to results • Self-motivated and able to succeed in a fast-paced environment
