Beschreibung

• Own end-to-end execution, programming, and optimization of Tanger’s email and SMS channels • Build and manage triggered campaigns, event-based programs, multi-step journeys, workflows, and lifecycle automations • Create dynamic email content using HTML, ESP-native templating tools, conditional logic, personalization tokens, dynamic content blocks, and modular templates • Develop audience segmentation, suppression logic, frequency controls, and pre-deployment validation processes • Translate business and customer requirements into executable email and SMS logic • Implement data integrations, field mappings, and data hygiene practices • Troubleshoot data, rendering, and automation issues • Own automation QA and monitoring to validate triggers, conditions, content, links, and personalization • Document email programs, templates, logic, and playbooks for scalability and continuity • Own channel execution, lifecycle development, testing, and optimization • Develop onboarding, engagement, retention, and reactivation lifecycles • Define send cadence, messaging frameworks, and channel best practices • Provide strategic recommendations based on performance trends, testing, and customer behavior • Manage ESP and SMS platform configuration, troubleshooting, vendor coordination, deliverability, sender reputation, opt-in/opt-out flows, short codes, and domain configurations • Lead operational planning for ESP enhancements, migrations, and feature adoption • Establish A/B, multivariate, and incrementality testing methodologies • Analyze engagement, conversion, and revenue lift metrics • Produce weekly, monthly, and quarterly performance reports with insights and recommendations • Partner with Marketing, Loyalty, Media, Technology, Legal, Analytics, Data, and Customer Care teams • Maintain project plans, timelines, dependencies, and program documentation • Travel up to 5% as required

🎯 Anforderungen

• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, or related field • 3-5 years of related experience in email and/or SMS marketing, lifecycle marketing, or digital channel management • Hands-on experience with enterprise-level ESPs and SMS platforms, including Campaigner, Salesforce, Braze, Iterable, Klaviyo, Cordial, or Vibes • Demonstrated experience with segmentation, automations, testing, and performance optimization • Deep knowledge of email and SMS best practices, lifecycle marketing, and compliance requirements • Strong analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making skills • Proven ability to balance strategic thinking with hands-on execution • Exceptional attention to detail and quality standards • Strong written and verbal communication skills • Ability to manage multiple workstreams in a fast-paced environment • Ability to travel via commercial airlines, up to 5% • Must comply with relevant regulations, including CAN-SPAM, TCPA, GDPR/CCPA, and consent management standards • E-Verify participation and background check requirements
