Beschreibung

• Build, maintain, and grow client relationships while managing advertising campaigns across search, display, social, and O&O digital/print media • Ensure clients achieve and exceed marketing goals through strategic campaign planning and data analysis • Serve as the primary post-sales point of contact for client concerns and needs • Partner closely with sales teams to own client relationships, build rapport, demonstrate transparency, and deliver results • Manage and anticipate client expectations, gain alignment, and mobilize partner teams • Maintain open communication about value stories and service successes through weekly and monthly performance reviews • Articulate media programs and develop campaign strategies and implementation plans • Collaborate with sales and post-sales optimization teams on digital strategies and executions • Advise clients on ongoing and impending marketing strategies • Ensure consistent marketing messaging across paid search, organic presence, display, social media, and O&O digital/print channels • Review daily campaign performance, assess trends, facilitate performance discussions, and identify new advertising techniques • Communicate and collaborate with digital solutions, ad operations, and backend support teams to deliver client objectives

🎯 Anforderungen

• Bachelor's degree in general business, economics, finance, marketing, advertising, public relations, journalism, or English • 2+ years hands-on experience managing online/digital advertising campaigns • 3+ years of client-facing service/account management experience • Google Ads certification • Google Analytics certification • Demonstrated expertise in customer relationship management • Mastery of technologies and systems used to review and advise on digital marketing campaigns • Advanced understanding of search, display, marketing management systems, and traditional marketing • Strong technical skills to recommend, assess, modify, adjust, and improve marketing campaigns • Expertise with digital marketing publishing systems and processes • Excellent verbal and written communication skills • Understanding of how retail/service media, sales, and operations work together • Proven relationship-building and account-management track record • Moderate Excel and PowerPoint skills • Knowledge of pay-per-click, programmatic display, social, email marketing, Analytics/GA4, and lead-tracking concepts • Ability to work efficiently and streamline processes and workflows
