Beschreibung

• Provide strategic and tactical leadership for application development, implementation, integration, and support solutions for Vanscoy Rare Pharmacy • Design, develop, and support custom software applications, APIs, integrations, and automation solutions supporting pharmacy operations • Gather requirements and translate business needs into technical solutions • Develop integrations between proprietary systems, pharmacy dispensing platforms, Snowflake, CRM platforms, manufacturer systems, shipping systems, and third-party healthcare applications • Support application modernization and digital transformation initiatives • Develop reusable frameworks, APIs, and services • Serve as the primary technical liaison with RareMed Solutions regarding proprietary software development, enhancements, issue resolution, roadmap planning, and optimization • Coordinate and prioritize proprietary software development initiatives with development teams • Perform hands-on software configuration, workflow creation, process optimization, automation development, UI enhancements, data mappings, and system customization • Analyze workflows and identify opportunities for optimization, automation, efficiency, and improved user experience • Maintain integrations with CareTend, reporting platforms, data warehouses, telephony systems, shipping systems, and manufacturer reporting solutions • Participate in architecture discussions, technical design reviews, testing, deployment planning, and release management • Troubleshoot application, integration, workflow, and data issues • Maintain technical documentation, configuration records, development standards, and change management documentation • Serve as subject matter expert for the proprietary software platform • Lead development from requirements gathering through design, coding, testing, deployment, and production support • Own and administer development, QA, testing, staging, and production environments • Manage environment refreshes, deployments, upgrades, and release processes • Implement source control, branching strategies, deployment pipelines, SDLC standards, and deployment procedures • Ensure system stability, security, disaster recovery readiness, and environment consistency • Administer Azure-based development and analytics platforms • Design and support CI/CD pipelines using Azure DevOps • Implement DevOps practices including automated deployment, infrastructure as code, version control, release management, and testing automation • Collaborate with infrastructure and security teams to maintain secure cloud environments • Provide technical leadership and mentorship to analysts, engineers, and developers • Assist leadership with technical initiative prioritization and resource planning • Promote continuous improvement, accountability, and innovation • Perform additional duties as assigned

🎯 Anforderungen

• Bachelor’s Degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Software Engineering, Information Systems or equivalent professional experience • 7+ years of experience in data engineering, software development, systems integration, and cloud technologies • 3+ years of experience leading technical initiatives and mentoring team members • Experience managing enterprise development environments and release processes • Experience working with healthcare, specialty pharmacy, or regulated industries preferred • Advanced SQL development • Data modeling • ETL/ELT architecture • Data warehousing concepts • Azure Data Factory • C# • .NET • Python • SQL • REST APIs • Web Services • Azure DevOps • Azure Functions, Storage, App Services, and Key Vault • Git source control • CI/CD pipeline management • Environment management • Release management • SDLC governance • Change control • Performance monitoring • Troubleshooting and support • Microsoft Certified: Azure Data Engineer Associate, Microsoft Certified: Azure Developer Associate, Microsoft Certified: DevOps Engineer Expert, or Snowflake Certification preferred • Experience with pharmacy dispensing platforms such as CareTend, proprietary software workflow platforms, specialty pharmacy operations, healthcare data management, manufacturer reporting, and AI and machine learning initiatives preferred • Strong leadership and mentoring abilities • Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills • Strong analytical and problem-solving capabilities • Ability to manage multiple priorities and projects simultaneously • Detail-oriented with a strong commitment to quality, governance, and documentation • Reliable internet access for telecommuting
