Beschreibung

• Build relationships with functional users to gather and refine requirements • Analyze requirements and determine optimal SAP solutions • Create functional and programming specifications and communicate them to programmers • Design and create comprehensive positive, negative, and regression test scripts • Support business owner acceptance testing • Plan and coordinate go-live and post-go-live activities • Support end users and business owners with questions, requests, and troubleshooting • Design functional and technical solutions aligned with business requirements and SAP strategy • Mentor Business Analysts and Functional Analysts on SAP solutions • Support SAP master data and determine tools, resources, and system requirements • Configure and support SAP FI and CO modules, including GL, AP, AR, AA, cost/profit center accounting, product costing, and CO-PA • Translate business requirements into SAP solutions and develop RICEFW functional specifications • Collaborate with developers during design, testing, and deployment • Coordinate integration with SAP MM, SD, PP, Tax, third-party financial systems, and interfaces • Ensure accurate integration between financial and operational processes • Collaborate with business stakeholders and support existing applications • Report to the Director of SAP Services

🎯 Anforderungen

• Bachelor’s degree in information sciences, Information Technology, Supply Chain, or relevant experience • Minimum five years of progressive work experience on the SAP platform, focused on the Senior Functional Analyst role • Knowledge of programming and/or debugging skills • Intermediate/advanced Microsoft Office experience, including Excel, PowerPoint, Word, Visio, SharePoint, Teams, and Outlook • SAP ECC EHP8 Finance experience • SAP FICO certification • Experience with SAP Order to Cash process • Experience with Stripe, SAP Digital Payments Add-on, BlackLine, Concur, Vertex, High Radius, VIM, or other finance applications • Experience in retail, consumer products, or distribution industries • SAP FI and SAP CO expertise • Knowledge of Universal Journal (ACDOCA), New GL, Asset Accounting, CO-PA, Material Ledger, Product Costing, Profit Center Accounting, Cost Center Accounting, and Intercompany Accounting • Knowledge of MM-FI, SD-FI, and PP-FI integration, tax engines, EDI interfaces, IDocs, and APIs • Ability to lead meetings with business owners and technical personnel • Superior analysis and problem-solving skills • Excellent written and verbal communication, follow-up, and presentation skills • Ability to work cross-functionally, manage competing priorities, and meet tight deadlines • Meticulous attention to detail and ability to make timely decisions • Ability to work long hours as needed
