Beschreibung

• Design, implement, test and optimize end-to-end RAG pipelines • Develop high-quality datasets for training and evaluation • Assist in deploying LLM-based applications • Collect and analyze user feedback and drive iterative improvements • Evaluate LLM applications using metrics such as correctness, latency and hallucination • Collaborate with product, infrastructure and security stakeholders • Help define and grow engineering culture, processes and tools

🎯 Anforderungen

• 2+ years of professional software engineering development experience • Experience developing, deploying and monitoring an AI product or feature • Experience designing, implementing and monitoring RAG pipelines • Great communication skills and a strong work ethic • Must be a resident of the United States • Must be a U.S. citizen or national, lawful permanent resident, refugee or asylee, or eligible to obtain required U.S. Department of State authorizations under ITAR • Bonus: Proficiency with React, Next.js, TypeScript/Node.js, NestJS, TypeORM, PostgreSQL and GraphQL/REST APIs • Bonus: Experience in hardware programs such as spacecraft, launch vehicles, aircraft, robotics, consumer or medical devices • Bonus: Experience in fast-growing tech startups • Bonus: Experience building products or implementing systems compliant with ITAR and EAR
