Beschreibung

• Build, ship, and support AI-powered tools and automations for clients • Join discovery calls and shaping sessions to translate vague business problems into viable AI-driven solutions • Evaluate client data, systems, and APIs for technical feasibility and identify risks and integration blockers • Build working demos for prospective clients • Contribute technical details to proposals and statements of work • Help client teams understand and use delivered systems through walkthroughs, training, and handover documentation • Set up repositories, environments, tooling, and third-party accounts for new projects • Design end-to-end systems, including data flows, AI pipelines, human-in-the-loop steps, outputs, and user interactions • Choose between agentic approaches, deterministic pipelines, and human-in-the-loop processes • Write code for client systems using AI development tools • Design prompts, system instructions, and model choices while balancing accuracy, cost, latency, and privacy • Clean, structure, and process client data for AI systems • Deploy services to client cloud accounts with the DevOps team • Test AI outputs against real client data before production and establish observability • Track projects using Monday.com and follow task, branch, and PR conventions • Join and run technical portions of weekly client meetings • Submit clean pull requests and participate in code reviews • Test AI outputs for failure modes, hallucinations, and edge cases • Complete delivery checklists, architecture documentation, credential handover, runbooks, walkthrough videos, and third-party account transfers • Contribute validated tools, workflows, templates, runbooks, evaluation approaches, reusable components, and operating-model improvements to the department

🎯 Anforderungen

• Frame complex, ambiguous problems and develop clear solutions • Ideate, build, ship, and explain AI-powered systems • Work directly with clients and stakeholders • Contribute new AI approaches, tools, workflows, templates, runbooks, evaluation methods, and reusable components • Conduct continuous R&D on AI tools, models, and frameworks • Participate in discovery, solution shaping, technical feasibility assessment, demos, proposals, onboarding, and client education • Own technical delivery of client projects end-to-end • Use a Python-first stack, typically FastAPI, Gradio, and AWS Lambda • Fluency with AI development tools, including Claude Code, Anthropic API, and AI-augmented low-code platforms • Design prompts, system instructions, and select models • Clean, structure, ingest, and process client data • Understand agentic systems, deterministic pipelines, and human-in-the-loop design trade-offs • Deploy services to client cloud accounts using source control, commit and PR protocols, secrets management, environment setup, and handover protocols • Test AI outputs for hallucinations, failure modes, and edge cases • Use Monday.com, Notion, Harvest, Slack, Fathom, and the department's Claude skill library • Follow established task, branch, PR, documentation, and delivery conventions • Participate in client meetings, code reviews, and quality assurance • Complete required project handover documentation
