Beschreibung

• Define and execute a scalable operational strategy for Virtru's Global Public Sector business across U.S. Federal, Defense & Intelligence, and International Government segments • Build and manage multi-year operational roadmaps and budgets aligned to public sector growth targets • Partner with senior leaders on market strategy, public sector operations, and resource prioritization • Define, operationalize, and maintain the public sector business sales forecasting process • Align Sales, Marketing, Channel/Partner, and Solutions Engineering teams around pursuit strategies and key account plans • Collaborate with Finance to design variable sales commission plans • Manage operations related to federal government contracting vehicles and strategic channel partners • Support expansion of international partner ecosystems across allied government markets • Ensure public sector operations comply with FAR/DFARS, security frameworks, and internal policies • Directly manage the Facility Security Officer and maintain Virtru's DCSA relationship and Top Secret Facilities Clearance • Oversee government procurement vehicles and teaming agreements • Support operational requirements for international frameworks, including the U.K. Government's G-Cloud 13 Framework • Manage a growing team including contracts specialists and security officers • Define and track KPIs/OKRs, lead regular business reviews, and hold teams accountable • Serve as the primary operational liaison between Public Sector and Finance, Legal, HR, Product, Engineering, and Customer Success

🎯 Anforderungen

• Active U.S. security clearance (Secret or above) • 10+ years of experience in business operations, sales operations, or program management • At least 5 years supporting Public Sector markets, including Federal, DoD/IC, SLED, or International Government • Proven track record building and scaling operations for a high-growth public sector technology business • Deep knowledge of government procurement processes, FAR/DFARS, and contracting vehicles including GWACs, IDIQs, CRADAs, and GSA Schedules • Strong analytical mindset • Comfortable with CRM platforms, with Salesforce preferred, and BI/reporting tools • Exceptional communication and cross-functional influencing ability • Experience working in or alongside a SaaS, cybersecurity, cloud, or data technology company • Familiarity with FedRAMP-authorized platforms • Experience navigating FIPS 140-2 validated environments • Ability to think outside the box, respectfully challenge teammates and managers, and pursue excellence • Strong sense of urgency and action-oriented mindset • Ability to collaborate and adapt to shifting priorities • Comfort with asynchronous communication including Slack, email, and Zoom
