Beschreibung

• Generate your own sales opportunities through prospecting, networking, social media, referrals, and relationship building • Sell new and pre-owned vehicles to customers throughout North Dakota, Minnesota, and nationwide • Build and maintain your own book of business • Guide customers through a fast, modern, technology-driven buying experience • Communicate with customers through phone, text, email, and video • Utilize CRM and sales tools to manage pipeline and follow-up • Travel to customers and assist with vehicle delivery when necessary • Represent the Vision Ford Lincoln brand with professionalism and urgency

🎯 Anforderungen

• Strong communication and relationship-building skills • Self-motivated with high personal accountability • Comfortable working independently • Willingness to work evenings and weekends as needed • Valid driver’s license and clean driving record • Ability to travel to customers and assist with vehicle delivery when necessary • Sales experience preferred, but high drive and work ethic matter more than dealership experience
