Beschreibung

• Own end-to-end delivery of data center projects across the EMEA region, from design through commissioning • Lead and develop regional teams across site delivery, design, and site operations functions • Manage relationships with contractors, consultants, and local authorities across the region • Track project schedules, budgets, and risk across the regional portfolio, reporting to global Delivery leadership • Partner with Land Acquisition and Power & Energy teams to align regional delivery plans with the site pipeline • Ensure regional projects meet Volta's global quality, safety, and design standards • Represent Volta in key regional stakeholder relationships, including local government and community engagement • Drive continuous improvement in regional delivery processes and playbooks

🎯 Anforderungen

• 12+ years of experience in data center, construction, or large infrastructure project delivery • Strong track record delivering complex, multi-site construction projects across EMEA • Experience building and leading regional delivery teams • Deep understanding of EMEA construction, regulatory, and permitting environments • Excellent stakeholder management and executive communication skills • Strong financial acumen, including budget and schedule ownership across a project portfolio • Bachelor's degree in engineering, construction management, or related field • Willingness to travel extensively across the EMEA region
