Beschreibung

• Manage product planning and execution for the Encore dispenser platform throughout the product/offering lifecycle • Gather and prioritize product and customer requirements • Articulate product vision and strategy and oversee successful implementation • Collaborate with engineering, sales, operations, marketing and customer service teams • Partner with regional sales, marketing and functional teams to achieve revenue, margin and customer satisfaction goals • Track market and technology trends to ideate, incubate and deliver differentiated solutions • Drive execution and planning of the assigned product/offering portfolio • Manage product research, market research, key partnerships, competitive analysis, positioning, roadmap development, requirements development and product launches/commercialization • Own product performance KPIs such as revenue and DM% • Translate product strategy into market requirement documents, use cases, prioritized needs, MVOs and functional/non-functional requirements • Develop business cases with commercial, finance and other functions and monitor them through the product development lifecycle • Advocate for customer needs through Gemba, VOCs, customer demos and pilots • Develop pricing, product positioning and messaging for primary market segments • Analyze market data to develop sales strategies and product objectives/value propositions • Support sales training tools and materials and regional marketing activities, customer training and demos

🎯 Anforderungen

• At least 6-8 years in Product Management, preferably from Industrial, IT/ITES background • Experience with Agile Development • Corporate entrepreneurial mindset • Experience dealing with ambiguity, especially when building requirements for offerings/solutions in relatively new or unknown areas • Ability to distill ambiguity into MVOs, product vision, strategy and roadmaps • Experience building value propositions, sales and marketing tools • Excellent written and verbal communication skills • Preferably a technical background or demonstrated comfort with technology • Ability and experience working effectively with third parties and forging partnerships • Ability to read and speak English • Ability to travel approximately 25% of the time
