Beschreibung

• Serve as the primary liaison between the company and assigned clients • Manage day-to-day activities across multiple client accounts to ensure satisfaction and retention • Deliver strategic insight, personalized service, and consistent follow-up as a trusted advisor • Partner with Sales Representatives and customers to identify new revenue opportunities within existing accounts • Facilitate cross-functional meetings to ensure project milestones are met and client expectations are exceeded • Collaborate with Estimating to develop pricing proposals and budget forecasts tailored to client needs • Track and report on account health, usage trends, and key performance indicators • Maintain accurate and up-to-date client records within the CRM system • Plan and coordinate annual client review meetings, including agenda setting, data compilation, and follow-up • Perform other duties as assigned

🎯 Anforderungen

• High School Diploma • Ability to remain organized and self-directed • Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a team environment • Strong verbal and written communication, listening, negotiation, and presentation abilities • Ability to communicate clearly and accurately with clients and internal stakeholders at all organizational levels • Excellent customer service skills and ability to resolve client issues effectively • Ability to manage multiple account management projects while maintaining attention to detail • Experience delivering client-focused solutions tailored to customer needs • Proficiency in CRM software such as Salesforce, Microsoft Office, and other computer applications • Five years of account management or sales experience in a fast-paced sales environment preferred • Print and/or publishing experience preferred
