Beschreibung

• Grow the Personal Advice Team customer base • Act as the lead contact for customers throughout their journey, including ongoing relationship management • Carry out initial and coaching calls for customers seeking financial help • Deliver financial guidance over the phone, Microsoft Teams, and innovative guidance propositions • Identify and convert opportunities for personalised advice or existing support services • Support customers through digital journeys and capture information needed for advice • Manage clients and opportunities using technology to enhance, improve, and automate customer experience • Document and present learning from new technologies to the Product team • Identify and lead improvements to Personal Advice Team service delivery • Support new customer engagement services through financial wellbeing propositions • Identify and execute opportunities to create more referrals • Support delivery of personal advice by identifying customer goals and collecting required information • Manage ongoing customer relationships and ensure a positive experience • Meet objectives aligned with company aspirations • Adhere to Information Security policies and procedures

🎯 Anforderungen

• Candidates must be currently located in the UK • Full rights to work in the UK • Customer-facing role experience within financial services is essential • Experience engaging clients in a similar way to the Job Purpose preferred • Experience managing client relationships end to end via telephone, email, face to face, and other technologies • Experience building new call flows or trying new ways to engage clients and convert opportunities • Experience working in a regulated environment and delivering high levels of customer service within a risk-controlled framework • Knowledge and background in financial advice, including how advice can benefit customers and how to articulate its value • Experience leading change projects that enhanced service delivery or business opportunities • Excellent communication and engagement skills, particularly over the phone • Ability to manage client objections and complaints effectively • Very strong technology skills and ability to learn new technologies quickly • Ability to meet deadlines, multitask, and manage competing priorities • Team-player mindset and flexibility around work priorities • Ability to demonstrate Wealth Wizards core values (PEARH) • Commitment to keeping professional financial knowledge up to date and completing agreed annual CPD • Total trustworthiness • Strong organisation, methodical working, meticulousness, and discipline
