Ihre Aufgabe ist es, die Gruppe zu begleiten und ihr die Begegnung mit der lokalen Gemeinschaft und Kultur sowie den Teamaufbau zu ermöglichen. Beschreibung

• Develop front-end and backend solutions for end-user-facing and administrative platforms according to UX/UI designs. • Support Product Managers, Engineering Managers, and the team in delivering quality, scalable solutions. • Identify front-end and back-end architectural solutions based on business logic and requirements. • Manage technical complexity. • Contribute to new features, architecture, and performance across the stack. • Maximize user experience and product quality. • Work on WeRoad’s Supply Platform, built with Nest and Vue. • Collaborate with Product and Design to find optimal solutions to business requirements. • Participate in a selection process including a talent acquisition call, technical take-home case, knowledge interview, and Culture Champions step.

🎯 Anforderungen

• Proven experience of 4/5+ years autonomously managing and delivering projects, stakeholders and team members. • Experience in tech leadership. • Autonomous management of project requirements and backend/frontend solution delivery. • Outcome- and product-driven mindset. • Experience in delivery management and Agile practices. • Experience working with Product and Design on business requirements. • Familiarity with and advocacy for AI development workflows, including Cursor/Copilot and Claude Code CLI or Gemini CLI. • Fluent English. • Experience with Vue/Nuxt3 or React and TypeScript. • Experience with Node and NestJS. • Knowledge of SEO and UI/UX for mobile and desktop applications. • Experience with RESTful APIs and/or GraphQL. • Experience with unit and integration testing. • Experience with SQL and Postgres/BigQuery or MySQL databases. • Experience with Git, GitHub, GitHub Actions or alternatives. • Experience with Docker and managing development containers. • Bonus: Clean Code, Clean Architecture, SOLID principles, Vitest/Jest/Pest, microservices, RabbitMQ, Kafka, A/B testing tools, and domain-driven design. • Permanent contract applicants must be based in Italy, Spain, or France; freelancer applicants must have a VAT number.
