Beschreibung

• Develop a bold vision and product strategy for WEX’s merchant product ecosystem • Shape product strategy across discounting solutions and identify market gaps • Drive execution of complex merchant initiatives and own customer and business outcomes • Define input and output metrics, business models, and OKRs to measure product performance • Conduct customer and partner discovery with merchants and fleets • Use qualitative and quantitative insights to guide product trade-offs • Own and optimize customer journeys across digital portals and platforms • Streamline onboarding workflows and automate administrative operations • Formulate hypotheses and run iterative test-and-learn experiments • Build alignment across Digital, Technology, Commercial, Risk, and Operations teams • Oversee merchant capabilities from ideation through scalable, repeatable models • Detail data flows through core systems and merchant-specific platforms • Collaborate with customer-facing product teams supporting mobile apps, web portals, and communication channels • Coordinate marketing, product marketing, customer service, and commercial teams on value communications • Enhance pricing, discounting, and merchant platforms for dynamic self-set discounts • Run behavioral experiments to optimize driver and fleet-manager fuel-saving decisions • Mentor junior product managers and drive cross-functional alignment

🎯 Anforderungen

• Minimum of 5+ years of professional Product Management experience, or 8+ years of professional experience with significant tenure in product leadership • Experience ideally within payment platforms, fintech, merchant services, or B2B platforms • Proven experience owning and strategically leading initiatives aligned to a major product area or platform capability • Strong expertise in systems thinking and platform strategy • Background in payment platform products, merchant ecosystems, APIs, and partner integrations • Proven track record defining and leveraging metrics/OKRs to deliver customer and financial outcomes • Strong strategic planning and roadmapping capabilities • Ability to define repeatable patterns from one-off integrations and establish clear development phases • Excellent collaborative influence and communication skills • Ability to build trust, facilitate difficult conversations, and align stakeholders • Comfortable utilizing qualitative and quantitative data and interactive tools for product decisions • Proven leadership and mentorship skills • Direct experience with core pricing, discounting, or ledger systems is nice to have • Fluency running GTM experiments, channel testing, or behavioral A/B tests is nice to have • Master’s Degree in business, technology, or a related field is nice to have
