Beschreibung

• Partner with regional Solutions Engineering leaders as an embedded operational partner to understand priorities and growth opportunities • Execute and refine operating rhythms, including regional business reviews, performance inspection, and ongoing operational cadences • Use reporting and BI tools to provide visibility into business health and identify regional trends and risks • Improve regional workflows by simplifying processes and removing operational friction • Partner with GTM Analytics to communicate regional data needs and translate field requirements into self-service reporting requests • Collaborate with GTM Systems to improve tool adoption, CRM data quality, and field productivity • Drive regional operational initiatives from identification through implementation and scale solutions across the sub-region

🎯 Anforderungen

• 4 years of experience in Revenue Operations, Sales Operations, Presales Operations, or a similar GTM-focused role • Experience directly supporting regional field leadership within Sales, Solutions Engineering, or Presales • Experience with CRM platforms such as Salesforce and business intelligence tools • Understanding of how data architecture impacts field decision-making • Strong business judgment and ability to translate regional data into actionable leadership recommendations • Ability to execute scalable solutions that improve efficiency across multiple teams • Strong communication and influencing skills • Ability to build trust with regional stakeholders and drive outcomes through collaboration • Legal right to work in the United States without visa sponsorship
