Beschreibung

• Works with Regional Manager and Sales Manager to define, develop and administer sales and marketing program for the region. • Manages ongoing business relationships with agents for region. • Prepares and submits agency applications for review by Regional Manager. • Develops and maintains agency relationships. • Reviews agents operations on a regular basis with emphasis on risk control. • Instructs agency personnel in use of company online tools and submission of agency reports. • Acts as a liaison between company and agents and trade organizations. • Plans and conducts, in coordination with the legal dept., educational seminars for agents and trade organizations. • Prepares agency terminations or cancellations. • Assists in development of promotional material. • Supports office staff with direction and information when necessary.
