Beschreibung

• Act as the professional source for integration through the Project implementation including Pre-sales, Sales & Post-sale for new and existing clients • Working with clients and partners to solve technical challenges regarding their unique environment and requirements • Leading improvements and Enabling our sales and engineering process • Creating documentation, whitepapers, and other supporting material for internal and client usage

🎯 Anforderungen

• 4+ years Workday technical integrations experience • Experience with configuration tools and ability to fulfill technical tasks • Strong analytical skills • Thorough understanding and capability to interpret client business needs and translate them into application and operational requirements • Excellent verbal, presentation, and written communication skills • Certified or ability to certify in Workday Integrations • Industry/Product knowledge of HR Tech Industry • Team player with self-management skills • Strong decision making • Adept at executing projects from scratch • Collaborating with cross-company stakeholders within a specific time • Demonstrated ability to handle day-to-day work challenges confidently • Adjust to shifting priorities • Identify and solve technical and operational issues during implementation
