Beschreibung

• Build and maintain frontend features and components in TypeScript and React across shell and microfrontend surfaces • Contribute to technical discussions around architecture, patterns, and approach • Collaborate with cross-functional partners, product, design, and engineering teams to deliver integrated, high-quality solutions • Optimize UI performance and responsiveness • Write clean, efficient, maintainable code following team standards and best practices • Participate in code reviews and provide constructive feedback • Develop and execute automated unit, integration, and functional tests • Debug and troubleshoot issues across frontend surfaces and integration points • Collaborate with support teams to triage and resolve production issues • Mentor and support less experienced engineers • Leverage AI tooling to improve work effectiveness • Contribute to Workiva’s AI-powered platform, which unifies finance, risk, and sustainability data for complex organizations

🎯 Anforderungen

• Minimum 2+ years of relevant experience with a Bachelor's Degree, or equivalent applicable experience • Experience in frontend development • Strong experience with TypeScript and React in production applications • Familiarity with microfrontend architecture or multi-team frontend environments • Solid debugging skills across complex frontend systems • Interest in or experience with AI-assisted and agent-accelerated development workflows • Strong communication skills, comfortable working across engineering, product, and design • Experience working in an agile development environment with a focus on continuous delivery • Willingness to travel up to 15% for team and corporate meetings • Reliable internet access for any period of time working remotely • Ability to complete comprehensive security and privacy training and adhere to company policies and regulatory standards
