Beschreibung

• Oversee, coordinate, maintain, and track all Business Development activities within the Biometrics and Pharmacovigilance department • Oversee, coordinate, monitor, and track all active bids, proposals, and departmental change orders • Triage proposals and budgets based on SME input requirements and develop triage criteria with SMEs • Develop budgets and proposal text according to agreed standards when SME input is not required • Develop draft budgets and proposal text for SME review when input is required • Respond to RFPs and RFIs and develop bids, proposals, statements of work, presentations, and supporting materials • Work with Account Directors, operational teams, and third-party vendors to integrate solutions into complete proposals and statements of work • Identify proposal trends that may require changes to departmental strategy • Proofread, edit, rewrite, and revise documents for readability and consistency • Establish priorities and target dates to meet proposal deadlines • Gather information and customize content with subject matter experts • Respond to routine and non-routine enquiries and obtain assistance for complex enquiries • Provide budget tool and proposal training and mentoring for Biometrics and PV colleagues • Maintain standard proposal and bid defense slides • Maintain the departmental RFI Library • Perform other duties assigned by the supervisor

🎯 Anforderungen

• Sound understanding of Biometrics and Pharmacovigilance operations • Strong planning, managing, monitoring, scheduling, and critiquing skills • Excellent written and verbal communication skills • Strong interpersonal skills for working in a dynamic, fast-paced, deadline-oriented team • Ability to handle multiple short-term assignments and project deliverables with strict deadlines • Ability to exercise sound judgment and make decisions independently • Excellent self-motivation skills • Proficiency in all MS-Office applications, including Microsoft Word • High level of Excel proficiency • Ability to train other personnel • Minimum 5 years’ experience in CRO operations involving Data Management, Biostatistics, or Pharmacovigilance • Bachelor’s Degree required; preference for Life Sciences, Communications, Journalism, or Marketing • Experience drafting bids and proposals in a CRO environment, or in pharma/biotech outsourcing preferred • Knowledge of the CRO/Pharmaceutical industry • Knowledge of sales support activities • Strong understanding of study design, project management, and operational requirements for successful study implementation • Ability to advise and interact with all levels of management • Excellent analytical and mathematical skills
