Beschreibung

• Manage day-to-day activities of the Freight Desk and Freight Specialists • Manage monthly vacation and holiday schedules • Manage phone and ticket traffic via Zendesk • Handle escalated customer and field issues • Implement standard operating procedures and training programs • Plan and coordinate employee skills and career development • Conduct employee reviews • Work the 7 AM–4 PM PST schedule
