Beschreibung

• Own and expand Xapo Bank's structured solutions function across yield products, tokenisation, asset-backed lending, and new digital-asset/traditional-finance structures • Own an established, revenue-generating credit fund and its counterparty relationships • Set the strategic direction and house view for structured investment solutions • Lead new product delivery from concept through launch, including payoff profiles, delivery mechanisms, and regulatory consequences • Drive the monthly internal investment committee with the CEO, CFO, and Head of Product • Conduct initial and ongoing counterparty due diligence and produce committee-ready credit assessments • Maintain credit risk oversight and enforce exposure, concentration, and limit frameworks • Originate counterparties, prepare lending proposals, support legal documentation, and manage relationships through facility lifecycles • Act as primary liaison with the external licensed Investment Manager • Oversee fund operations, accounting, NAV, reconciliations, and allocation of coin and capital inflows • Advise Treasury on risk evaluation, trading, execution, systems, ALCO, stress testing, and pricing • Build, manage, and develop the Structured Solutions team • Document institutional knowledge and serve as an internal reference for technical, market, and crypto-ecosystem questions • Work alongside outgoing senior team members during the transition period

🎯 Anforderungen

• Substantial experience in investment management, structured products, or digital asset markets, including senior ownership of a product, credit, or trading function • Demonstrable credit underwriting and counterparty risk experience, ideally including unsecured lending • Ability to diligence regulated financial institutions using audited financials, capital position, and covenant analysis • Ability to diligence crypto-native counterparties, including proof-of-reserves limitations, custody and rehypothecation risk, venue and exchange exposure, on-chain analysis, and opaque cross-jurisdictional group structures • Strong quantitative capability and comfort building or overseeing pricing, risk, and structuring models • Track record of designing and launching new financial products, ideally spanning yield, lending, or tokenisation • Experience operating through formal governance processes such as investment committees • Demonstrated people leadership, including building teams and developing junior talent • Familiarity with Bitcoin and traditional fiat markets • Excellent stakeholder management skills • Dedicated workspace • Reliable internet connection with the fastest speed possible in the area • Alignment with Our Values and the Xapo Values-Driven Leadership principles
