Beschreibung

• Set and enforce certification standards and evaluation criteria for external professional learning delivery partners • Recommend certification and decertification decisions to the Professional Learning Operations Director • Design and run ongoing quality monitoring, observation, delivery QA, and partner-specific survey analysis • Identify partner performance issues and work directly with partners to close quality gaps • Maintain precise definitions of Zearn's core professional learning messages and participant experience standards • Review and synthesize participant feedback across internal and external professional learning • Analyze survey results and open-ended feedback to identify recurring needs, questions, and improvement opportunities • Establish routines for triaging participant questions and routing them to Professional Learning Delivery or Content teams • Share actionable insights with leadership to inform facilitator support, resourcing, and delivery decisions • Lead emerging professional learning delivery projects and develop and pilot new delivery approaches • Personally lead or support complex, high-visibility, or emerging professional learning experiences • Use direct delivery experience to inform quality improvement and special-project work

🎯 Anforderungen

• 5+ years of experience spanning professional learning design, instructional coaching, adult learning facilitation, or education program operations • Demonstrated track record of designing or managing quality assurance / certification frameworks for external partners, contracted facilitators, or multi-site delivery networks • Strong analytical capability synthesizing multi-source data, including surveys, observation rubrics, and qualitative participant feedback, into actionable recommendations and executive summaries • Proven excellence in high-stakes facilitation and math pedagogy, with direct classroom teaching, instructional leadership, or district-level professional development experience • Experience building operational systems and routines from ambiguity, particularly transitioning manual QA/support workflows into automated or repeatable team processes • Deep pedagogical judgment in math instruction and adult learning • Ability to deliver candid, actionable feedback to external partners and internal stakeholders with tact and firmness
