Beschreibung

• Act as the voice of the customer and resident expert for Zeitview's Oil & Gas vertical • Define customer problems, needs, value, and prioritized requirements • Run discovery through customer interviews, operational ride-alongs, competitive analysis, and usage data • Build relationships with enterprise clients alongside sales • Embed with 3–5 strategic Oil & Gas accounts to understand workflows, pain points, and decision-making structures • Define success metrics connected to revenue, retention, and customer outcomes • Synthesize market signals into a prioritized problem set • Negotiate with platform product managers over engineering capacity using data and customer evidence • Write requirements specific enough for engineering implementation and flexible enough for platform-wide use • Conduct competitive intelligence and define product success metrics • Propose business cases and go-to-market strategies for expanding offerings • Coordinate across functions and informally guide others without direct reports • Travel to customer sites and inspection locations

🎯 Anforderungen

• Bachelor's degree (or higher) in a science, technology, or related field, or equivalent work experience • 8+ years of professional experience • 5+ years in product management, solutions consulting, technical sales, or a comparable customer-facing role in enterprise software • Deep domain expertise in Oil & Gas, including assets, inspection workflows, regulatory context, and business model • Track record of building trusted relationships with enterprise customers and converting relationships into product insight • Ability to run structured discovery and synthesize qualitative and quantitative inputs into a prioritized problem set • Commercial acumen connecting product decisions to pipeline, deal size, retention, and competitive positioning • Exceptional communication skills • Willingness to travel to customer sites and inspection locations • Strongly preferred: experience working with operational or service delivery teams • Strongly preferred: experience with geospatial data, remote sensing, or asset management platforms • Strongly preferred: familiarity with AI/ML-powered products • Strongly preferred: experience with go-to-market strategy, including product launches, positioning, pricing, or vertical-specific marketing • Strongly preferred: experience in mobile application development
