Description

• Drive new member growth in Greenwich by sourcing introductions, running membership conversations, and guiding prospects through references and invitation • Own onboarding so new members quickly use the platform, attend events, and connect with other members • Ensure members receive value through relevant deals, events, and meaningful introductions • Conduct prepared quarterly conversations with every member recruited • Partner with the investment team to match members with relevant deals • Identify event themes, curate attendees, and host dinners and larger events in the market • Log every conversation in HubSpot and record every call on Gong • Build the 3i community in the Greenwich market and know members by name • Report to the Executive Director for the region

🎯 Exigences

• 3+ years in a customer-facing role, ideally while carrying a quota • Experience with sophisticated buyers helps, but is not required • Comfortable asking members for introductions and prospective members to join • Willingness to receive coaching, call reviews, and direct weekly feedback • Internally motivated and able to work proactively without being told what to do • Curious, takes notes, and asks probing follow-up questions • Credible with accomplished people; executive presence is required • Ability to move with urgency and work to a high standard • Ability to use HubSpot and Gong consistently for logging and recording conversations
