Description

• Develop and implement strategic sales plans to achieve revenue targets and business objectives in the DACH region. • Build and maintain strong relationships with key customers, distributors, and partners to maximize sales opportunities and ensure customer satisfaction. • Lead, coach, and motivate the sales team to achieve individual and team targets, providing guidance and support as needed. • Identify new business opportunities and market segments, conducting market research and analysis to stay informed about industry trends and competitor activities. • Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including marketing, product management, and customer support, to drive integrated sales and marketing initiatives. • Monitor sales performance metrics, track progress against targets, and provide regular reports and insights to senior management. • Oversee the development and execution of sales campaigns, promotional activities, and pricing strategies to drive demand and increase market penetration. • Ensure compliance with company policies, procedures, and regulatory requirements, fostering a culture of ethics and integrity within the sales organization. • Represent the company at industry events, trade shows, and conferences, networking with key stakeholders and promoting our brand and solutions. • Continuously strive for process improvements and operational efficiencies within the sales function, optimizing resources and enhancing productivity.

🎯 Exigences

• Bachelor’s degree in electronic / computer engineering (plus), Business Administration, Sales, Marketing, or a related field. • Proven track record of success in sales leadership roles, with a minimum of 7+ years of experience in managing sales teams and driving revenue growth in the DACH region. • Deep understanding of the AI edge computing market dynamics, customer needs, and competitive landscape in Germany, Austria, and Switzerland. • Strong leadership and interpersonal skills, with the ability to inspire and motivate a diverse team towards common goals. • Excellent communication and negotiation skills, with fluency in German and English. • Strategic thinker with the ability to analyse complex data, develop actionable insights, and make informed business decisions. • Results-oriented mindset with a focus on delivering measurable outcomes and exceeding targets. • High level of integrity, professionalism, and commitment to excellence in all aspects of work.
