Description

• Plan and execute large-scale fundraisers and galas • Support additional events and collaborate with third-party vendors and the Advancement team • Write content and ensure consistent organizational voice, content quality, and communications • Execute website requests, build pages, and manage edits • Ensure brand guidelines are followed in marketing materials • Create and maintain supporting documents using InDesign, Photoshop, and Illustrator • Create and track email campaigns, monitor performance metrics, and support optimization • Manage projects with competing deadlines across multiple departments • Coordinate printing and production of collateral materials • Assist the Director of Marketing and support the marketing team with ongoing initiatives • Execute day-to-day marketing tasks and coordinate marketing projects • Collaborate across departments to execute tasks aligned with AGCI's strategic plan • No supervisory responsibilities

🎯 Exigences

• Bachelor's degree from a four-year college or university with a major in Marketing, Communications, English, or a related field; plus, two or more years of related experience in the Marketing Field; or equivalent combination of education and experience • Exceptional writing skills • Good eye for design • Strong project and time management skills • Ability to prioritize and manage multiple projects • Professional and compassionate communication • Ability to read, analyze, and interpret general business correspondence, reports, and inquiries • Ability to write error-free business correspondence, reports, and presentation materials • Ability to effectively present information and respond to questions • Advanced basic computer skills, including word processing, spreadsheets, report writing, project management, presentation creation/editing, databases, internet use, and email communication • Knowledge and use of software systems • Ability to work with and protect extremely confidential files and information • Ability to define problems, collect data, establish facts, and draw valid conclusions • Valid driver's license • Ability to supply appropriate documentation/identification to travel authorities when traveling domestically and internationally • Ability to lift and/or move up to 50 pounds • Strong physical fitness • Successful completion of an extensive criminal background check • Legally eligible to work in the United States without company sponsorship • Agreement to abide by All God's Children International's Statement of Faith
