• Serve as the primary point of contact for assigned client accounts • Build strong, trusted relationships with client stakeholders and decision-makers • Conduct regular meetings to review project progress, gather feedback, and identify new opportunities • Ensure clients receive proactive communication, updates, and support throughout the project lifecycle • Manage client expectations and maintain high levels of satisfaction • Lead discovery sessions to understand client business processes, operational challenges, and system requirements • Translate business needs into clear, structured requirements and technical specifications • Collaborate with clients to design scalable solutions using Zoho applications and integrations • Provide recommendations on process optimization, automation, and system architecture • Document workflows, system architecture, and proposed solutions • Monitor project scope, timelines, milestones, and deliverables • Ensure development work aligns with both technical standards and client business goals • Coordinate testing, feedback cycles, and final deployment • Advise clients on best practices across the Zoho ecosystem • Create clear documentation including business requirements documents, solution architecture outlines, and workflow diagrams • Assist with training sessions, user onboarding, and change management
• Minimum 5 years of experience in one or more of the following areas: Account management, Business analysis, Technical consulting, SaaS solution delivery • Strong client-facing experience with the ability to confidently lead meetings and workshops • Ability to understand and map business processes to technology solutions • Experience coordinating work between clients and development teams • Excellent written and verbal communication skills • Strong organizational, planning, and project management abilities • Ability to translate complex technical concepts into clear business language • Experience working with CRM systems or SaaS platforms • Experience working with the Zoho ecosystem (CRM, Zoho One, Creator, Desk, Books, etc.) is preferred • Zoho certifications such as: Zoho CRM Certified, Zoho Creator Certified, Zoho One Certified Consultant • Experience with: Workflow automation, Blueprints and process mapping, Custom functions and API integrations • Background in solution architecture or systems consulting • Experience working in Agile or iterative project delivery environments
