Description

• You will manage top existing accounts across Germany as a Key Account Manager (large enterprises and international corporations) and become part of the KAM team. • You will be supported by the internal sales team in achieving your targets to intensify and expand customer relationships. • You are responsible for planning and conducting quarterly and annual meetings with your customers' decision-makers (buyers, purchasing managers, managing directors, or similar). • You prepare quotations and confidently negotiate contracts and renewals, and you also enforce price increases when necessary. • With your strong communication skills and dependable personality, you will identify new customer-specific solution concepts within the textile supply for your customers (e.g., offering new items or onboarding new customer sites) through cross- and up-selling. • You act as the interface between customers and our branches in Germany and ensure orderly and transparent communication. • You plan your business trips independently and support our central contacts with complaints and claims handling. • Participation in trade fairs is a matter of course for you.

🎯 Exigences

• Minimum 3 years of professional experience in Key Account Management and proven experience in communication with top B2B customers is required. • A degree in business administration or a commercial apprenticeship with relevant professional experience is required. • Practical experience in the service industry is desirable. • You demonstrate a high degree of independence and commitment, strong negotiation skills, and pronounced team and communication abilities. • Willingness to travel within Germany (approx. 50%) – day trips or overnight stays. • Valid driving license (Class B) is mandatory. • Business-fluent English is a must. • Very good Excel skills (ideally including pivot tables and VLOOKUP). • Experience with CRM and ERP systems is an advantage. • SAP knowledge is desirable.
