Description

• Manage 40-50 inbound calls per day with compassion and empathy • First point of contact for patients seeking information and assistance regarding services and orders • Properly represent Aveanna and its values

🎯 Exigences

• Must be fluent in Spanish and English • Minimum of 2 years’ experience in a call center environment • Minimum of 1 years’ experience in the medical industry/ familiarity with medical terminology (preferably with DME and Home Healthcare) • High-school diploma or GED
