Description

• Manage the sales process with local territory managers, Clinical Specialists, and customers through product evaluations, implementations, and post-implementation training • Identify and pursue opportunities in an assigned region to drive ABG revenue and growth • Drive ABG growth through cross-selling and contracting with hospitals and health systems • Craft and deliver the Specimen Management value proposition and coordinate cross-portfolio contracts • Own pricing, contract negotiations, and incentives with leadership approval • Collaborate with Marketing to create tools, communications, and portfolio support • Support the top 50 regional accounts and answer clinical questions using portfolio expertise • Lead SKU rationalization projects and coordinate shared growth targets with field sales, clinical teams, and National Accounts • Lead and execute new ABG in-service training and education • Manage in-person and virtual implementations across accounts • Partner with the acute care distribution network on custom kitting opportunities • Track progress, gains, losses, forecasts, and funnel metrics using reports, forecasting tools, and SFDC dashboards • Manage the assigned Specimen Management portfolio to meet or exceed the fiscal-year budget • Train new commercial hires as a portfolio expert • Simplify clinical application of arterial blood gas sticks and demonstrate value and differentiation

🎯 Exigences

• Bachelor’s degree required; MBA a plus • Minimum 5 years’ sales experience with a proven record of exceeding sales goals • Minimum 5 years’ sales experience in critical care, respiratory care, and/or Point of Care highly preferred • 3–5 years’ prior IDN account management experience, including contract negotiation and execution, preferred • Sophisticated knowledge of healthcare buying and contracting processes • Understanding of the US healthcare landscape, including GPOs and distributors • Experience working across teams, business units, segments, and functions • Knowledge of the Specimen Management portfolio preferred • Valid state-issued driver’s license and compliance with BD auto safety standards • Must live within the assigned geography • Ability to travel more than 70% of the time • Ability to interact with hospital specialties and deliver complex technical subject matter to clinicians • Self-directed ability to work independently and manage multiple concurrent projects • Ability to handle difficult conversations and situations • Strong problem-solving, analytical, presentation, organizational, communication, and interpersonal skills • Proficiency with Microsoft Office, Salesforce.com, and financial tools • Must establish and maintain vendor credentials through systems such as RepTrax and Vendormate to enter and work in hospitals and medical facilities
