• Strategic management and development of key accounts in the Truck & Bus segment • Development and implementation of customer-specific strategies and structured account plans • Identification and realization of growth and profitability opportunities • Conducting price and contract negotiations in line with company guidelines • Overall commercial responsibility for the Norwegian market, including volume, revenue, and profit management • Responsibility for forecasting, planning, and KPI monitoring • Analysis of market, competitor, and customer developments
• University degree (e.g., Business Administration, Industrial Engineering, or a comparable qualification) • Several years of proven experience in B2B sales and key account management • Strong market and customer knowledge of the German market • Industry experience in Truck & Bus, Automotive, or Tires is a plus • Advanced Excel and reporting skills, with strong analytical capabilities • Fluent in German and English • Norwegian is an advantage but not a requirement • Strong analytical skills and a high affinity for numbers
