Description

• Lead and collaborate with customer-facing teams to build an integrations program enabling automation and global scale • Draft use case documentation • Define budgets and escalation pathways for contractor-built integrations • Configure demonstration environments • Partner with Product Marketing on technical “Better Together” value propositions, datasheets, and release communications • Collaborate with Customer Success Managers and Solutions Engineers on enablement playbooks and customer onboarding • Coordinate go-to-market activities with integrated partners for standard integrations • Support joint GTM activities and escalations for approved, revenue-generating OEM opportunities • Own the product lifecycle for strategic ecosystem integrations • Facilitate bidirectional data synchronization and vendor business-context imports • Write technical product specifications, user stories, and data-mapping requirements • Interface with external Product Managers and engineering counterparts to define API dependencies, authentication, and workflows • Partner with internal Engineering leads and external development partners • Navigate sprint trade-offs, unblock technical hurdles, enforce architecture governance, and ensure reliable integration middleware

🎯 Exigences

• 7+ years of direct Product Management experience in the B2B SaaS, IT Operations Management, or Cybersecurity space owning technical alliances and ecosystem integrations • Strong commercial intuition and ability to coordinate external partner GTM activities independently • Proven track record of scoping, building, and launching successful public APIs, developer platforms, or third-party ecosystem integrations from scratch • Experience working with Sales Enablement, Product Marketing, and Customer Success • Strong fluency evaluating API documentation, webhooks, OAuth, API keys, and data schema transformations • Experience designing public-facing APIs for traditional developers and machine-to-machine consumption • Conceptual command or direct experimentation with Model Context Protocol (MCP) and LLM tool definitions • Subject matter expertise in GRC or Security Operations • Experience managing external vendor relationships or technical alliances at the product level • Ability to define product feature adoption metrics and iterate on user setup and discovery experiences • Understanding of enterprise cybersecurity stacks, including SIEM/XDR, SOAR, and systems of record • Ability to work with APIs, authentication mechanisms, data mapping, integration middleware, ServiceNow, Microsoft Sentinel/Defender, Google SecOps, and OneTrust
