Description

• Commissioning and maintenance of heat pumps at end customers’ premises and for system operators • Service-oriented telephone and on-site technical support for customers from heating companies • Supporting colleagues in technical field service across the wider area surrounding the assigned territory • Taking part in the on-call service rotation to provide customers with support as quickly as possible

🎯 Exigences

• Completed vocational training as a Plant Mechanic for Sanitary, Heating and Air Conditioning Technology (SHK), Refrigeration Mechatronics Technician, Electronics Technician for Energy and Building Technology, or Electrician/Electrical Installer • Further qualification as a master craftsperson or technician preferred • Professional experience in customer service, for example in heating, refrigeration, or air-conditioning and ventilation technology • Category 1 refrigerant handling certificate required • Category 2 refrigerant handling certificate is an advantage • Valid Class B driving licence • Good written and spoken German • Strong technical aptitude, a high level of customer orientation, and willingness to travel
