Description

• Support Pharmacists in Specialty Rx medication preparation by dispensing Specialty Rx medications • Perform moderately complex administrative, operational, and customer support assignments • Perform computations • Contact physicians for prescription clarification • Enter prescription orders into the system • Support pharmacists and patients by ensuring adherence to Specialty Rx operational processes and programs • Communicate effectively with patients and providers • Identify work expectations and quality standards within defined parameters • Prioritize and time assignments with some independent discretion • Complete virtual training during the first few weeks of employment • Work Monday through Friday during the required schedule

🎯 Exigences

• Must reside in Arizona, Florida, or Ohio • Active Pharmacy Technician license with the Board of Pharmacy in the state of residence • Pharmacy Technician Certification Board (PTCB) or National Healthcareer Association (NHA) certification • Experience as a Pharmacy Technician or inbound and/or outbound phone experience • Ability to manage multiple or competing priorities while using multiple computer applications simultaneously • Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications, including Outlook, Word, and Excel • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment • Strong written and verbal communication skills • Strong attention to detail • Strong data-entry skills • Minimum internet speed of 25 Mbps download and 10 Mbps upload for home work • Dedicated workspace without ongoing interruptions to protect member PHI/HIPAA information • Preferred: experience in healthcare • Preferred: call center experience
