Description

• Build agent pipelines for concept pre-validation, including LLM-evaluated copy variants, synthetic audience testing, and funnel drop-off analysis • Own the automated experiment queue from intake and prioritization through instrumentation and readout • Establish an experimentation process with falsifiable hypotheses, clean measurement setups, defined success metrics, and documented null results • Coordinate channel owners, lifecycle, and PLG to keep experiments aligned and avoid conflicts or duplication • Orchestrate Amplitude, HubSpot, Clay, REO.dev, and enrichment layers so signals flow automatically into action • Integrate Claude, GPT, n8n, and Gumloop into production-grade systems • Build infrastructure for parallel experimentation across channels • Report to the Director of Demand Generation and collaborate with channel owners, lifecycle, product, and sales • Reduce the time between growth hypotheses and actionable signals while increasing experiment throughput

🎯 Exigences

• Deep understanding of acquisition funnels, CRO, CAC/LTV, and hypothesis-driven testing • Production experience shipping multi-agent workflows • Fluency in API-based orchestration and prompt engineering • Experience building self-improving feedback loops • Experience building internal tooling used by other teams • Systems-thinking approach to scalable automation • Experience operating in zero-to-one environments and defining processes • Experience managing or coordinating a multi-stakeholder experimentation program • Ability to describe a specific experiment cadence driven and the automation used to increase testing throughput • Technical fluency to build AI workflows, instrument experiments, and own tracking systems • Operational discipline to manage a high-velocity experiment backlog • Genuine growth instincts and ability to prioritize high-value experiments
