Description

• Own architectural quality across every Adobe engagement • Run architecture reviews and establish review cadence and standards • Set architecture standards, reference architectures, decision records and reusable patterns • Escalate and personally resolve complex design and integration problems • Build an accelerator and asset library covering migration tooling, discovery frameworks, estimation models and solution blueprints • Hire, grow and lead a distributed team of multi-solution architects • Own performance management and career development decisions • Mentor architects across content, data and work management specializations • Establish effective architect allocation across concurrent engagements • Build a culture of documented decisions, clear boundaries and empowered judgment • Lead technical solutioning on enterprise pursuits, including architecture narrative, estimation, staffing, scope and technical presentations • Partner with sales, client partners and Adobe alliance leads on deal strategy • Translate business problems into scalable Adobe architectures and technical complexity into executive value propositions • Build estimation discipline and monitor estimate-versus-actual accuracy • Establish agentic engineering practices • Build agents, sub-agents and orchestrated workflows for discovery, documentation, estimation, code review and migration • Evaluate AI capabilities and establish client-safe guardrails • Mentor architects on AI-native working

🎯 Exigences

• 20+ years in technology, including 5+ years leading architects or senior technical staff globally • Demonstrated ownership of performance reviews, career development and compensation decisions • Experience in an agency, consultancy or systems integrator, carrying multiple concurrent clients • Experience delivering across US, India and LATAM specifically • Deep, hands-on architectural expertise in at least one Adobe content and experience, data and personalization, or work management and content supply chain area • Working architectural knowledge across all three Adobe architectural areas • Experience with enterprise integration architecture, including CRM, commerce, search, identity and SSO, analytics, and data platforms • Experience with API-first, composable, headless or hybrid, cloud-native, and event-driven architecture patterns • Ability to read code, diagnose problems and defend architectural decisions • Proven experience leading complex data migration, customer journey, CSC, legacy CMS to AEM, on-premise to AEMaaCS, and Edge Delivery Services projects • Hands-on daily use of AI engineering tools such as Claude, Cursor, or equivalent • Demonstrated experience building agents, sub-agents or orchestrated workflows • Track record of establishing AI-assisted practice across a team • Judgment about human-in-the-loop requirements and AI guardrails • Pre-sales ownership including estimation, staffing models, scope definition, pricing input and presenting • Executive stakeholder management • Understanding of utilization, margin and estimate-versus-actual accuracy • Experience with enterprise clients across US, EU and APAC • Experience with Adobe field, product and partner organizations • Experience with commercial negotiations and contract development • Experience leading distributed teams across time zones • Comfort operating in a practice being built • Willingness to travel for client engagements, Adobe events and delivery-team visits
