• Develop and oversee the sales team's onboarding; prepare reports for leadership • Implement AI-based projects for sales enablement and training for the sales team • Plan, develop and deliver training to sales teams • Design the onboarding and development journey for sales consultants and sales managers • Monitor the development of sales teams and develop strategies to maximize results through training, knowledge management, onboarding, support materials, and microlearning modules • Collaborate with EMME's capability team to create content • Support the organization of the sales team's live sessions and coordinate the cascading of information
• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or related fields • Experience analyzing sales metrics and KPIs • Advanced knowledge of market analysis and sales strategies • Ability to develop trainings and techniques to improve sales performance • Proactive, assertive communicator, resilient, and data- and results-oriented • Intermediate to advanced skills in Excel and Power BI
