Description

• Drive financial performance and market growth of the Non-Branded Food Ingredients segment within the Americas • Define and drive the strategy for the Nutrition NBFI industry with IMM, Commercial, and Sourcing Teams • Construct and implement the Nutrition portfolio strategy covering sourcing, preferred suppliers, growth targets, and consultative sales approach • Manage suppliers and supplier interfaces • Own gross profit, sales, and growth for a defined product category within Nutrition Americas • Support sales teams in differentiating Nutrition from competitors • Act as Nutrition product expert and drive market development across the Americas • Manage and execute opportunity pipelines • Participate in sales and sourcing meetings • Provide sales training on NBFIs • Publish monthly updates on market dynamics and new issues • Support Corporate or Key Account Bid Teams • Define floor and target prices for Nutrition and regionally managed products • Identify opportunities based on customer needs and market changes • Launch new product lines and manage expectations • Hold buying teams accountable for purchasing strategies • Ensure supplier strategy compliance • Execute margin optimization opportunities • Negotiate Nutrition contracts, including volume commitments, bonuses, pricing, and projects, with Leadership approval • Execute inventory strategies with the inventory management team • Design, implement, and maintain business metrics supporting key business objectives • Communicate openly and regularly with colleagues across the company

🎯 Exigences

• Bachelor’s degree in relevant field is required • 10 to 15 years of professional experience in product management within the Ingredients Distribution or Blending / Manufacturing industry or at least B2B • Solid track record of achieving revenue and gross profit growth targets • Preference may be given to candidates who possess a graduate degree
