Description

• Develop and implement market plans including customer analysis, competitive insights, growth opportunities, and revenue goals • Maintain a comprehensive understanding of all products and systems offered by Cornerstone Building Brands in the market • Demonstrate a complete understanding of key customers’ businesses and the critical measures that drive each account • Collaborate with all internal departments to optimize and streamline customer experience • Represent the Star Building Systems product line • Drive profitable growth and market development of the North West territory • Report to the West Regional Manager • Work with Operating Systems

🎯 Exigences

• College degree or equivalent work experience preferred • 5+ years of experience in Building Materials • Experience within the pre-engineered building space required • Excellent interpersonal skills with the ability to communicate and maintain positive relationships with associates, customers, subsidiaries, and agents • Must have thorough understanding of construction process • Ability to comprehend and translate architectural plans and specifications • Ability to analyze market conditions and competition and develop strategic responses to opportunities • Strong understanding of Drafting, Estimating, and Inside Sales • Ability to work independently and in a team environment • Must be able to coordinate multiple projects simultaneously • 50-70% travel in market • Must be at least 18 years of age to apply
