Description

• Support partner brands by managing orders and resolving customer concerns • Ensure a seamless end-to-end customer experience while maintaining operational efficiency • Manage high-volume inboxes and prioritize tickets • Experience with order management workflows and troubleshooting issues • Coordinate corporate/bulk orders, gathers and validates detailed order components • Manage end-to-end order support including data imports and account/database maintenance • Communicate with operations, production, and sales, handling returns and issue resolution

🎯 Exigences

• Bachelor's degree in marketing, Communications, Business Administration, or any related field • 1-2 years of direct Promotional, Customer Service, or Order Management role • Strong verbal, written, and English communication skills. • Ability to work overnight/graveyard shifts in Philippine time or within US operating hours • Experience with e-commerce systems, multi-channel ecommerce, and order management workflows • Technical skills with tools like Order Desk, ShipStation, Finale, Shopify, Etsy, Amazon etc. • Familiarity with data management tools and analytical thinking
