Description

• Partner with the Consulting Account Manager to support client renewal strategy through timely, accurate, data-driven insights • Translate client goals and renewal drivers into reporting priorities, success measures, and deliverables • Perform data entry services in support of the Consulting Account Manager • Lead end-to-end analytics, including financial and utilization analysis, report development, network analysis, and RFP support • Extract, validate, and reconcile data from multiple sources • Monitor data quality and resolve discrepancies through root-cause analysis and cross-functional follow-up • Define and document metrics, calculation logic, and reporting methodologies • Coordinate internal cross-functional workstreams, responses, approvals, dependencies, risks, assumptions, and open items • Analyze trends, variances, utilization, and performance drivers to inform renewal decisions, retention risk, and upsell opportunities • Build, maintain, and enhance dashboards and recurring reporting packages • Automate and standardize reporting to improve efficiency and reliability • Translate complex findings into clear narratives, executive-ready presentations, and client-ready materials • Support client relationship cadence, renewal touchpoints, business reviews, and relevant portions of client meetings • Interact directly with clients as needed and maintain timely Salesforce CRM updates • Communicate updates, timelines, and insights to clients; triage questions, resolve issues, and escalate risks

🎯 Exigences

• 2+ years of experience with a Bachelor’s degree • Advanced business math and analytical skills • Ability to position financial outcomes that contribute to revenue goals across an assigned portfolio • Strong time management skills and experience managing multiple projects simultaneously under tight deadlines • Ability to embrace change, operate in ambiguity, and approach challenges with a growth mindset • Ability to meet specific deliverables under tight deadlines and considerable pressure • Ability to work independently with minimal oversight • Ability to communicate effectively with individuals at all organizational levels and influence internal stakeholders • Advanced problem-solving skills and ability to work cross-functionally • Outstanding attention to detail and strong organizational skills • Ability to travel up to 25%, including overnight travel • Ability to use a personal vehicle and cover business expenses until reimbursed • Strong technology proficiency and willingness to adapt to emerging technologies • Expert-level Microsoft Excel skills, including advanced formulas, PivotTables, Power Query/Power Pivot, data modeling, and automation/macros • Proficiency in Microsoft Office, including Word, PowerPoint, and Teams • Proficiency in Salesforce CRM • Advanced knowledge of AI/machine learning and automation • Must provide proof of eligibility to work in the United States • Delta Dental will not sponsor applicants for work visas
