Dermatology Specialists of Florida est une pratique dermatologique multi-états offrant des soins médicaux et cosmétiques complets de la peau. Avec des cabinets en Floride, Géorgie, Alabama et Mississippi, le groupe propose de la dermatologie générale, la prévention et le traitement du cancer de la peau (y compris la chirurgie micrographique de Mohs et la SRT guidée par imagerie), la dermatopathologie, les procédures cosmétiques et anti-âge, les injectables, la restauration capillaire, la télémédecine, ainsi qu'un spa médical associé et des services de vente au détail de soins de la peau. La pratique met l'accent sur des prestataires expérimentés, des traitements et technologies avancés, et des soins centrés sur le patient.

Description

• Answers multiple phone calls, schedules patient appointments & verifies patients insurance & enters in the patient’s information into the eClinical Works database. • Greets patients by answering multiple phone lines for all of the satellite locations. • Identifies patients by asking for date of birth &/or name in the computer system and updates established accounts. • Verifies insurance eligibility, financial status and assigns correct payer type. • Maintains confidentiality of personal and financial information and follows HIPAA regulations. • Schedules ‘New’ & ‘Established’ patient appointments for all locations. • Calls ‘NO SHOW’ appointments to reschedule & makes appropriate notations in the eClinical Works Database. • Documents patient records using proper English grammar, spelling, and syntax.

🎯 Exigences

• MUST Live in the state of FL, MS, AL, GA • High school graduate or GED. • One year medical experience working in a physician’s office, or equivalent combination of training and experience preferred. • Proficiency in the operation of a computer keyboard (30 WPM minimum) and ability to work effectively with Microsoft Office Products. • Must have a valid driver’s license and good driving record.
