Description

• Install, debug, and provide technical maintenance for product and component hardware and software, mainly on customer premises • Perform scheduled inspections, cleaning, minor repairs, and preventive maintenance within an assigned territory • Inspect products for correct operation, resolve issues, and escalate according to established procedures • Schedule services, complete required paperwork, and work with customers to ensure satisfaction and understanding of product functionality • Troubleshoot hardware and software failures using diagnostic tools and detailed analysis • Perform component-level hardware repairs and clean and adjust mechanical components • Configure and install applicable software • Install, move, add, change, and remove hardware and software products • Instruct and train customers on the usage and operation of installed hardware and software • Participate in hardware and software training, KPI initiatives, and special projects

🎯 Exigences

• Education or equivalent work experience required • Minimum of 1–2 years of relevant Field Services experience or equivalent combination of education and experience • Good written and verbal communication skills • Driver's license and driving record satisfying Diebold Nixdorf fleet requirements • Availability for weekends and nights as required • Willingness to work on rotated holidays • Ability to work in adverse weather conditions
