Description

• Provide comprehensive advice to prospective candidates on the course portfolio with a focus on IT and business continuing education • Conduct individual needs analyses and define goals taking into account personal qualification profiles • Perform thorough evaluation of applicants' prospects based on qualitative and quantitative data points • Own the process for the entire candidate journey from first contact through contract signing • Confidently support applicants in securing funding and manage stakeholder relationships with employment agencies professionally • Strategically further develop and refine consultation standards

🎯 Exigences

• Strong communication skills and enthusiasm for proactively and openly engaging with prospective candidates • High affinity for dynamic working environments and the pursuit of ambitious targets • Strong independence, sense of ownership and the ability to maintain oversight when handling multiple complex application processes in parallel • Several years of experience in a consultation-driven B2C sales environment or in upscale hospitality and gastronomy • Solid experience collaborating with employment agencies and job centers • Confident user of Google Workspace applications and solid experience with CRM systems such as HubSpot • Excellent German language skills, written and spoken, and good English skills
