Description

• Lead DigniFi’s financial strategy and support continued growth • Oversee financial planning and reporting, capital markets, fundraising, and securitization • Build relationships with investors, lenders, and financing partners • Partner with the CEO and cross-functional leaders to drive product profitability • Optimize risk-adjusted returns and guide capital allocation • Lead preparation of financial statements, shareholder reports, tax returns, and governmental agency reports • Compare sales and profit projections with actual results and oversee adjustments to projections and budgets • Establish and lead a unit economics and product profitability framework • Coordinate planning and establish priorities for budgeting and fundraising • Analyze long-range economic trends and project their impact on sales and market share • Identify opportunities for expansion into new product areas • Drive capital markets fundraising and equity capital requirements • Implement credit reserves methodology, including CECL • Oversee capital markets and securitization funding execution • Partner with Product, Risk, and Commercial teams on pricing, fees, promotional structures, merchant discount rates, and customer incentives

🎯 Exigences

• 10+ years of experience in accounting and finance, including significant financial leadership experience • Extensive experience in executive leadership roles, ideally within a growing or scaling company • Demonstrated experience raising capital, securing funding, and managing relationships with investors, lenders, and other financing partners • Strong strategic thinking and decision-making abilities • Proven track record of driving business growth, improving financial performance, and delivering results • Strong financial acumen, including financial planning and analysis, cash flow management, forecasting, budgeting, and capital allocation • Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills • Ability to communicate financial strategy and company performance to executives, investors, and the Board of Directors • Exceptional leadership and team-building capabilities • Experience developing and leading high-performing finance teams • Must not require visa sponsorship or visa transfer
