Description

• Lead, coach, mentor, and develop a team of Talent Acquisition Partners • Conduct pipeline reviews, hiring strategy sessions, and recruiter coaching • Establish recruiting goals, priorities, and team performance metrics • Manage a portfolio of high-impact and executive-level searches • Lead full-cycle recruiting from intake through offer negotiation and close • Partner with senior leadership on hiring strategies for critical and hard-to-fill roles • Conduct structured interviews and assess technical capability, leadership potential, and values alignment • Build proactive talent pipelines through networking, sourcing, referrals, and market mapping • Advise hiring managers and executives on talent strategy, market trends, compensation, interview practices, and hiring decisions • Lead intake meetings and maintain communication on pipeline health and recruiting progress • Report weekly to the executive team on role progress • Administer and own Ashby ATS • Optimize workflows, interview processes, automations, templates, scorecards, and reporting • Maintain recruiting data integrity and develop dashboards and analytics • Partner with People Operations, HR leadership, and Marketing on recruiting systems and employer branding • Drive inclusive recruiting practices and candidate experience • Support workforce planning, hiring forecasts, talent acquisition projects, and strategic initiatives

🎯 Exigences

• 6+ years of Talent Acquisition experience in a fast-paced, high-growth environment • Ideally experience within a digital marketing agency, technology company, or professional services organization • 2+ years of people leadership experience managing recruiters or talent acquisition teams • Recruiting experience in SEO, Paid Media, CRO, Programmatic, Content, Creative, Marketing Ops/Rev Ops is required • Demonstrated success recruiting executive, leadership, and highly specialized roles while owning full-cycle recruiting • Sophisticated sourcing strategies using advanced Boolean searches, networking, referrals, market mapping, and creative sourcing techniques • Power-user experience with an ATS and other recruitment tools • Experience with recruiting analytics and data-driven hiring decisions • Experience recruiting across global markets preferred • Exceptional stakeholder management skills with senior leaders and hiring managers • Strong project management and ability to manage competing priorities • Excellent written and verbal communication skills with strong executive presence • Basic knowledge of compliance and legal requirements across multiple countries • Established and current work authorization and permanent residence in Canada for the Canadian opportunity • Reliable internet access and professional background • Ability to remain stationary for extended periods and interpret written and verbal communication
